Bake and Grind is a Los Angeles coffee catering company. We bring a full mobile espresso bar and professional baristas who pull every shot fresh from specialty beans ground on-site. No pods, no pre-batched espresso: every latte, cortado, mocha or matcha is made to order, hot or iced.

Being local, we plan for how LA events run: early load-ins, tight parking, office-tower security check-ins and shifting schedules. Your coffee service starts on time.

Brand activations and pop-ups. From Arts District launches to Melrose and Abbot Kinney retail events, a branded cart with custom cups, signage and a signature drink.

Weddings and private celebrations. Our wedding coffee catering adds an espresso bar to cocktail hour, dessert or a morning-after brunch, from Pasadena and the Westside to downtown lofts and private estates.

Schools and campuses. Finals week, faculty appreciation, open houses and graduation receptions at universities, private schools and district offices.

More Than an Espresso Bar

Not every event needs a full cart. Other options:

 Bottled lattes and matcha  in vanilla, caramel or hazelnut, plus agave-sweetened matcha, with whole or oat milk and optional custom labels. Ideal for conferences, multi-day events and grab-and-go lobbies.

 Drip coffee catering: regular and decaf in insulated self-serve dispensers with cups, creamers and sweeteners, for breakfast meetings and large groups.

 Baked goods  made from scratch in-house: cookies, brownies, muffins, pastries and seasonal treats, with coffee service or on their own.

Pricing and What to Expect

Pricing is based on guest count, hours of service and location. Add-ons (expanded specialty menu, premium milks, signature drinks, tea station, extended hours, extra guests, branded cups, baked goods) can be built into your quote. See Pricing or request a custom quote.

We arrive about 90 minutes early to set up and test. The cart needs about 6 ft x 5 ft of level space, a standard 110V outlet within 25 feet and a wheelchair-accessible path, since our equipment rolls in. A 50% deposit secures your date.
