Event Requirements and Policies
- Access to the venue 90 minutes before service time.
- A dedicated 20 amp electrical circuit, 110 volt (standard wall outlet) located within 25 feet of the service area.
- Set up area requires 6x6 feet of space
- Wheelchair accessible service location (all equipment wheeled in)
- Name and phone number of on-site contact
- Additional fees apply for events located more than 40 miles ($2/mile) from our base in Long Beach, CA.
- Our service packages include up to 2 hours of espresso bar service. Any time exceeding the 2-hour window will be billed at $100 per additional hour (or portion thereof).
- To secure your event date, a 50% refundable deposit (see terms below) is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to allocate resources specifically for your event.
- Cancellation Terms:
- More than 21 days before the event: Deposit is refundable, minus a 10% administrative fee, or can be fully applied to a future booking.
- 8–21 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is refundable, or the full deposit can be applied to a rescheduled event (subject to availability).
- 7 days or less before the event: Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Final Payment:
- The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
- For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
