Event Requirements

  • Espresso Bar Requirements and Policies

    • Access to the venue 60 minutes before service time
    • A dedicated 20 amp electrical circuit, 110 volt (standard wall outlet) located within 25 feet of the service area. 
    • Set up area requires 6x6 feet of space
    • Wheelchair accessible service location (all equipment wheeled in)
    • Name and phone number of on-site contact 
    • To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to allocate resources specifically for your event.
    • Cancellation Terms:
    1.  More than 21 days before the event: Deposit is refundable, minus a 10% administrative fee, or can be fully applied to a future booking.
    2. 8–21 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is refundable, or the full deposit can be applied to a rescheduled event (subject to availability).
    3. 7 days or less before the event: Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Final Payment:
    1. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
    2. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
